OEA stands for “organized and extreme abuse.” RAMCOA stands for “ritual abuse, mind control, and organized abuse.” SRA stands for “satanic ritual abuse.”

These are types of child abuse which system exclusionists variably conjecture either not to exist at all, or to exist and to be the minimum necessary trauma to form a system, with very little in-between.

In reality, these types of abuse absolutely exist, but just not in the capacity claimed by the right-wing conspiracy theories that named them that. OEA/RAMCOA/SRA survivors are real, have been through an immense amount of pain and suffering, and deserve to be believed. Just, you know, believe them. Not the talking heads in suits discussing them. Only the survivors themselves have any right to speak on what they were forced to endure. It's not them, but politicians and reporters who somehow delude themselves they have the right to speak for them, who twist the truth and somehow make it a horror story about the importance of preserving traditional Christian values or some stupid shit like that.
