Integration is fusion attained across the entire system in order to form or revert to a singlet.

Controversy

Integration is the only medically recognized treatment goal for DID and OSDD, but not all non-disordered systems, nor even all DID/OSDD systems, actually desire it. Healthy multiplicity is a popular alternative in the plural community.
