Controversy

DID is a frequent subject of syscourse. It's commonly assumed outside plural circles that all plural people either have DID or are intentionally misrepresenting themselves as having DID. People in some DID-specific spaces also make this assumption, and this misunderstanding results in friction with the plural community.
