This is a dirty room with homogenous ceramic tiled flooring, walls, and ceiling. Mannequins—normal, static, lifeless mannequins, unlike those in mannequin city—are arranged in a circle here.

At a moment's notice, the room is liable to suddenly transform so that the walls are made of flesh and the mannequins are replaced by carcasses hung from the ceiling on hooks. When this happens, a sphincter appears on one of the walls, admitting further descent.

At the very end of the tunnel of flesh waits a phallic tumor with many eyes and mouths.
