An endogenic [[system]] is one which is specifically not [[traumagenic]]. An endogenic system may still be [[adaptive]] in some other sense.

Identifying as endogenic commonly, but not always, carries a connotation of enjoying being a system and wanting to remain that way---i.e., not seeking [[integration]].
