====== Trauma/stress response types ======

This was my first theory about how we are organized.

At this time, I was only aware of [[headmates:Lucy]], [[headmates:Alice]], and [[headmates:Daisy/May|Daisy]]. I was also //sort of// aware of [[headmates:Singer]], but thought she had //died// when the others burst out of her; I didn't yet realize she herself was also still there.

The theory went that each of us is a personification of a different trauma response / polyvagal state:

  * [[headmates:Lucy]] is fight response;
  * [[headmates:Alice]] is flight-like fawn response;
  * [[headmates:Daisy/May|Daisy]] is flop-like fawn response;
  * [[headmates:jaime|I]] am freeze response.

I would later reattribute these response types to the [[theories:redshift#color ranges]] in which my headmates happened to dwell at the time, not the headmates themselves.
