 Sophie was created to take over front once [[Kate]] was no longer needed. We had finally gone back to college and graduated, and had no life plan for after that point, especially in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic and the simultaneous resurgence of fascism around that time. I believe, perhaps too optimistically, that Sophie and Kate have reconciled, and are now sharing front duty.
